In a fast-paced startup environment, your digital "facade" is often your strongest asset. My objective was to create high-status entry points for two critical groups: Investors and AI Council Experts. After identifying that 54% of our audience were Business Owners and Managers, I realized the existing "startup" aesthetic was a major barrier. These stakeholders required a level of transparency and professionalism that the platform lacked.

I spearheaded the design of three "Elite" entry points - Investment, AI Council, and Sales - specifically engineered to solve the "Trust Gap" identified by 57% of our research participants.

We successfully transformed the "Trust Gap" into a competitive advantage, creating a brand identity that was perceived as mature, transparent, and ready for high-level partnership.
